
Job Description
We are looking for a full-time office manager to help manage our rapid growing company. Managing customer service, local marketing (SEO) and communication with our customers at the highest level is a top priority. The candidate must be able to operate under pressure and manage their team to achieve greater results. Base pay is $12-15/hr (DOE).
Responsibilities
- Work Monday – Friday and some Saturdays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work well without supervision
- Must be able to lead and motivate other team members
- Works well with others over the phone
- Can think quick and be very responsive
- Honest and hard working
- Able to complete tasks assigned and report those completed tasks to owners
- Schedule services, run payment reports, answer phones, call customers
- Must be very organized
- Manage- Account receivables
- Manage employee’s schedules
- Help with Marketing and website
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & etc…)
- Efficient at typing/composing emails
- Speak Spanish is a plus not required
- Experience with conflict resolution
